The Regional Capacity Building intervention is designed to improve the planning and implementation of watershed projects within the sub-basin through helping practitioners in acquiring the basic conceptual understanding and enhancing their skills. To this end ENTRO developed a road map (capacity building module) to achieve the intended objectives.
